conclusion
Durante este proceso se ha aprendido que el ADN es tambien conocido como acido dexirribonucleico y que el ADN de cada ser vivo es distinto, esto es por lo que nos definimos en los rasgos , tamaño de ojos, color, numero de dedo etc., asi como todo lo que forma parte de nosotros mismos.
Una molecula de ADN tiene estructura helicoidal, paresida a una escalera de caracol que gira hacia la dercha, y en la que los escalones estan formados por un par de moleculas planas unidas entre si por puentes angostos llamados puentes de hidrogeno unas unidas a la vez como los eslabones de una cadena.
Tambien aprendimos que gracias a el ADN podemos ser unicos, y asi nadie tiene lo mismo en su cuerpo,aveses, podran pareserse pero geneticamente, son diferentes.

Una molécula de ADN tiene una estructura helicoidal, parecida a una escalera de caracol que gira hacia la derecha y en la que los escalones están formados por un par de moléculas planas unidas entre si por puentes angostos, llamados puentes de hidrógeno, unidas a la vez, como los eslabones de una cadena, a las moléculas que forman los escalones contiguos a través de uniones químicas covalentes denominadas enlaces fosfodiester. Las moléculas planas de los escalones son bases nitrogenadas de cuatro variedades, adenina, guanina, citosina y timina y se representan como A, G, C y T. Debido a sus formas y dimensiones particulares cada base del par, o sea un medio escalón, sólo puede hacer pareja con otra base especial para completar el escalón. Así tenemos que A se aparea solamente con T, y G solamente con C, lo que da como resultado que las bases de un escalón sean siempre complementarias. Los escalones son distintos entre sí y pueden estar ordenados en una gran diversidad de secuencias, tantas como las combinaciones posibles en el alfabeto que maneja la célula, que es de cuatro letras, A, T, G, C. La conexión, entre las bases de una misma cadena se hace por enlaces que se establecen entre las moléculas del azúcar des oxirribosa que acompaña cada una de las bases y grupos fosfato asociados a los oxidrilos de las desoxirribosas

Metemos a la licuadora la espinaca vertemos agua como para que al cabo de los 10 segundos de licuar tengamos la consistencia de una crema.
Vertemos el licuado en un recipiente que tenga graduación o tubo de ensayo en 3 partes.
Medimos el licuado en el recipiente y añadíos 1/4 de detergente liquido.
Revolvemos suavemente con ayuda de una cuchara.
Añadimos 1 cucharada de enzimas y revolvemos con cuidado y lentamente por nos 5 minutos no mezcles rápido di no el ADN se rompe.
Vertemos la mezcla en un recipiente alto.
Ladeamos el recipiente y vertemos alcohol con mucho cuidado.
Luego de unos minutos se podrá observar unos filamentos blancos dentro del alcohol y que se elevan de la mezcla de la espinaca detergente y enzimas estamos observando el ADN con ayuda de un hisopo levantamos lo de enzima y listo ADN.
Conclusión:
Se ha usado una licuadora para separar las células de otras en esto ayuda también el detergente
las enzimas destruyen a las células y hacen posible que se pueda ver el ADN que contiene.

disolver en agua caliente suficiente acetato de sodio
ir revolviendo hasta que no se disuelva mas acetato esto indica que la solución llego a su punto de saturación
retirar del fuego dejar enfriar unos minutos
colocar la solución en un vaso de paredes lisas enfriar en el congelador durante 20 minutos
asegurate que la sal que no alcanzo a disolverse se quede en el sartén
retirar el vaso del congelador verter en un plato
tocar la superficie del liquido con el dedo
hielo instantáneo.
conclusión:
parese magia al tocar la superficie con el dedo se congela en unos instantes

Procedimiento
colocar agua en una de las ollas colocar el hielo en la otra.
Poner la olla con agua enzima del mechero parta que hierba
Una vez que la olla con agua comiese a hervir, coloca la olla con los cubo de hielo de 5 a 10 cm.
¿que sucede? el vapor que emana de la olla hirviendo al chocar con la olla helada se convierte en gotas de agua.
Conclusion
este proceso se debe a que el agua cuando se pone en el fuego, pasa de un estado liquido a gaseoso es decir se evapora y al poner los hilos se forma el vaporpero como esta tapada la olla se forman gotas
